Save A Life - 2 hours

Covering the basic life saving skills, an easily accessible session for people wanting to know what to do in an emergency.  The course is heavily practical with just enough theory to aid understanding of the processes.

Standard Course Content [covers Adult, Child and Infant]

• Action at the scene of an emergency
• Care of the conscious casualty
• Care of the unconscious casualty
• Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation [CPR] for Adult, Child and Infant
• Heart conditions
• Choking
   
• Time permitting - First Aid questions and concerns of the group

Successful candidates will receive an A4 display certificate.

It is possible to extend the course to a 4 hour or 6 hour course as long subsequent training is carried out within 3 months.  To see additional course content please link to Basic Life Support or Basic First Aid.
